Inscribed in the forecourt of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi in ancient Greece were the words; “Gnothi seauton” translated as “Know thyself”.
Throughout the ages this maxim has been interpreted by Socrates, Plato, Benjamin Franklin and many more. Perhaps ironically, most agree that this perennial advice is fundamental to understanding the world around us. The lens through which we view our experience is a reflection of our very own identity, our own story.

I’m an international personal development coach specialised in leadership, career and life coaching. Originally from Sydney, Australia my approach to coaching is slightly different to my peers. I bring a fresh, sincere, and exploratory approach to my coaching. I’ve lived in Sydney, London, New York and Brussels, and spend time in India each year. This eclectic experience offers diverse perspectives that my clients often highlight. I’m deeply honoured by the trust clients place in me as their coach – that trust forms the foundation of our coaching relationship.
My passion is to inspire and motivate clients to re-engage with their authentic selves. Leveraging my studies in axiology I help clients reconnect with their core values, supporting them to renew their self-confidence, make resonant choices, cultivate inner wellness, and to nurture the relationships in their lives. We live in a time of constant change and complexity, I take great comfort in the power coaching has in helping us to better understand and connect with the world around us.
Having worked in leadership development for more than 10 years now I’ve witnessed the rapid growth in demand for coaching globally. I see this as testament to the value and transformative power coaching has on men and women’s lives and careers.
I’m a certified professional coach by the Coach Training Institute (the world’s first coach training school) and hold certifications in debriefing CCL’s suite of 360° assessments for development.
